Jumped fairly, dropped steadily back to worse than midfield, saved ground on inside turning in, ran on to just fail to get up on line.

Began moderately, settled better than midfield in 5th within 3L of the pace, ran on under pressure down the centre of the straight to miss narrowly.

Broke well from a tricky gate, soon taken back to race 3 wide in rear of midfield, hampered 200 metres out, ran on to be nearest at finish.
