Comments

1GOOD CHOICE  A Atzeni  (XB)

Eased back to the rear after the start, travelled 5Ls off the pace in middle stages, picked up strongly inside 250M, driven to lead 80M from home, lengthened away.

2LUCKY HAMMER  Z Purton  (TT)

Settled towards the rear but never far off from leaders in a compact field, switched back to inner for clear run in straight, ran on well to go 2nd close home without matching winner.

3KA YING KID  K Teetan  (H/XB)

Settled 2-wide in the group chasing leaders, had every chance on straightening, briefly went 2nd nearing 50M, not pace of first 2 final stages.

4JAEGER BOMB  C Reith

In touch behind leaders, 3-wide for much of the way, moved up to challenge nearing 400M, quickened to the front 150M but turned one pace final stages.

5TURBO JEWELLERY  B Prebble  (B/TT)

Held up 3-wide behind mid-division, driven along near 400M, stayed on mildly for non-threatening 5th.

6BEAUTY KING  M Chadwick  (TT)

Strode forward from wide barrier, shared lead on outside, emerged as sole leader 600M, led to 150M, no extra towards finish.

7CIRCUIT STAR  N Callan  (B1)

Settled midfield 3Ls behind leaders, held up rounding the home turn and early straight, stayed on only fairly when clear, not reached leaders.

8REBORN TO WIN  M Demuro  (B)

Tracked leaders along the rails, had to switch out when hampered by weakening rival near 400M, shifted back to inside rails for clear run passing 250M but failed to close off.

9FORGIVE AND FORGET  U Rispoli  (B)

Taken across behind runners. Settled in last pair 5Ls off the pace, still in last 300M, hampered 150M, made some progress late but never going the pace to seriously challenge.

10INVICTUS  J Moreira  (H/XB)

Unable to slot in, caught 3-wide no cover just off pace, strode to race outside leaders 600M, lacked further response in straight, weakened and eased 200M.

11MEDIC KINGDOM  H W Lai  (H/P/XB)

Bounded in the air and lost ground at the start, settled behind midfield 3-4Ls off the pace in a compact field, unable to quicken with leaders 400M, soon left behind.

12ENTRUSTING  N Rawiller  (B/H/TT)

Shared the lead along the fence, set good pace middle stages but came under serious pressure home turn, dropped out rapidly 400M.
