Strode forward as expected, led uncontested to 500M, found plenty in reserves when driven out 350M, kept on gamely final stages to hold off pursuing rivals.

From wide draw shifted across behind runners, held up at the rear 7Ls off the good pace, shaken up 400M and took a while to get going, made good progress to get within 0.8L of winner.

Began awkwardly, stayed close enough to the pace, 2Ls to make up on eventual winner passing 400M, ran on well to go 2nd 150M but always held by winner, beaten to 3rd just before line.

Taken across behind runners from wide draw, settled near the rear 5-6Ls behind leader, waited with until passing 300M, closed off well to be nearest at the finish. (Jockey and Trainer questioned.)

Given a waiting ride as usual, 5-6Ls off the pace turning for home, guided to outside of field and finished off well.

Dropped back and held up at the rear of the field, 6Ls behind leader and still last at 400M, made stealthy headway between runners for a never nearer 6th.

Settled in mid-division along the 3-path, soon into clear on straightening, made good initial progress but turned one pace final 150M.

Settled just behind the pace, advanced to press leader 600M, loomed a threat but kept on at same pace only when driven, lost 2nd 150M and was swamped final 50M.

Held up 2-wide in midfield, hung in entering straight and proved difficult to ride at times, ran on same pace, no threat to main rivals.

Guided to a midfield position along the rails, lacked immediate response when driven early straight, checked 300M, stayed on without threat final 200M.

Held up behind mid-division, found less than expected passing 400M and not able to quicken with main rivals, never a serious threat. (Heart Irregularity)

Never far off from leaders, had a smooth run along the fence but unable to muster a challenge turning in, soon outpaced.

Stayed within striking distance always, driven along 400M but gave no further response, weakened 300M out.

In touch but unable to cross from 12, caught 3-wide no cover throughout the race, gave way passing 400M.
