Bounded in the air as the start was effected, 6Ls away at the rear and travelled much further back than usual, had a smooth run down the inside entering straight, made strong headway to get up near line.

Strode forward, crossed to the lead before home turn, given a breather home turn, quickened again 400M, kept on well but shifted out badly under pressure final 100M, headed close home.

From draw 10 shifted across to a 3-wide position behind runners, pushed very wide 600M, hit the line strongly for a close 3rd. Creditable run in defeat.

Reserved in a rearward position 4-5Ls off the pace, bid wide 600M, quickened up well to go 2nd inside 300M, loomed a serious threat but effort flattened final 100M.

Settled 3Ls back in midfield, held up behind a wall of horses entering straight, switched out to clear 250M, finished off well to claim 5th and should have been closer.

Went forward as expected, tracked the pace 2-wide, ran on same pace when driven 400M, caught up by pursuing rivals 250M, faded towards line.

Taken back behind runners from widest draw, settled at the rear 6Ls off the pace, ran on only fairly final 400M, never reached contention.

Held up behind midfield, kept on at the same pace when the race got serious inside 400M, no impression on leaders.

Began awkwardly, stayed within striking distance behind leaders, could not muster the pace to challenge inside 400M, soon weakened.

Travelled in midfield 3-wide, no cover from 800M, found disappointingly little when asked turning home, gave ground 200M.

Tracked leaders in 3rd, had little left turning home, soon beaten, eased towards the line.
