Began well, quickly in front and steadied pace. Lengthened stride passing 450m, pulled clear in straight for easy win.

Away only fairly but picked up quickly between horses to settle one-back, one-off by 950m. Three-wide into straight and kept on steadily to snatch second on line.
3AFFLUENCE OF RAIN  G Mosse  (B/TT)

Began well, ridden to maintain forward position but shuffled two back from leader passing 1000m. Shifted in from heels passing 350m, got rails run 280m, kept on well to line.
4BOTH SURE  C Y Ho  (B-)

Jumped with field but not pushed, cutting in three-back, one-off passing 1000m. Switched out passing 350m to get run and kept on fairly to line.
5PHOTON WILLIE  K C Leung  (H/TT)

Began OK, restrained and shifted in behind runners but held 3-wide. Difficult to settle back stretch, found run between horses 300m and finished off fairly.

Began fairly, shifted across behind runners, settling last along rail at back stretch. Still well back entering straight but finished off nicely.

No early speed, settling four-back along rail. Eased out 350m for run, shifted in 200m to improve but tightened shortly after. One-paced.

Hard ridden to go forward from wide draw, settling outside leader passing 950m. Under pressure from 400m, giving ground gradually in straight despite hard riding.

Began well, held, shifted across behind runners, settling at rear but wide. Shifted in from heels 700m, very wide into straight, made minor headway closing stages.

Bumped heavily soon after start, ridden forward but held 3-wide without cover behind pacemakers. Got close to heels 400m, one-paced in straight. (Rider reported not comfortable in action).

Began well, ridden forward to hold box seat behind leader. Looked chance entering straight before giving ground from 250m. (Irregular heart rhythm, substantial blood in trachea).
12GRAN BOLIVAR  C Reith  (H1)

Made heavy contact soon after start then refused to settle while racing at rear. Never competitive.
