Crowded out start, picked up quickly to sit behind 4-way fight for lead, easing 2-back entering turn. Switched out 250m to get clear running and finished off strongly.

Raced in restricted room after start, shuffled back to last pair along fence. Stayed inside turning for home, found split 200m out and ran on strongly.
3SUNNY FAY  J Moreira  (CP/H/TT)

Began fairly, ridden along behind midfield but away from fence. Taken very wide entering straight and ran on steadily.
4DINING STAR  K Teetan

Dislodged jockey before start. Began well and then pressed forward to join 4-way fight for lead. Got ahead 550m, joint leader to 80m when swamped.
5GETAWAY GUY  H Bowman  (B/TT)

Began well, ridden along early, cut in to fence and improved position. Turned in behind leaders and kept on well to the line.
6TONYBOY  B Prebble  (TT)

Taken across behind runners from wide draw and last on settling. Over-raced 1000m when got close to heels, taken out from 400m and ran home strongly down the centre of the track.
7MERIDIAN TREASURE  C K Tong  (B)

Began well and joined cut-throat battle for early lead before settling one-back, one-off entering turn. Kept on steadily to 250m when bumped and unbalanced. Faded.
8SILLY BUDDIES  O Doleuze  (TT1)

Began well, ridden to hold forward position and caught in 4-way battle for early lead. Kept on steadily in straight under hard riding but flattened final stages.

Slow into stride, last on settling, cut to fence and took closer order. Stayed on fence in straight but only one-paced final 300m.

Began well, hard ridden out wide to join battle for lead, raced without cover thereafter. Gave ground soon after straightening for home.

Jumped OK, ridden along early but kept 3-wide mostly. Lost left hind plate 900m. Found little in straight.
