On the bridle and straight to the front when gates opened. Set steady sections, kicked clear entering straight and pulled further ahead under hands and heels riding for effortless win.
2SPARKLING B  T Angland  (TT)

Began OK, settled in midfield about 4L from leader and close to rail. Inched closer turning for home but badly held for clear run until after 200m when got split and finished strongly.
3MY LITTLE FRIEND  G Mosse

Jumped well, ridden along wide but with cover 3L from leader. Covered extra ground turn, kept on steadily in straight.
4OWNERS' PRIDE  C Y Ho

Ridden along from wide draw but unable cut in and held 3-wide behind midfield. Pushed forward from 700m, widest into straight, kept on steadily.
5G-ONE LEADER  A Suborics

Jumped OK, restrained and taken across behind runners, settling last. Picked up momentum entering straight but had to weave way between horses, doing best work at the finish.
6BALTIC WARRIOR  H W Lai  (H1/TT1)

Jumped with field, eased and taken in behind horses, settling at rear. Held up behind horses in straight until bumped and directed out 100m when saw daylight and finished strongly.
7BEAUTY JOURNEY  K C Leung  (CP/TT)

Ridden along early, settling behind pace away from fence. Rolled forward 500m out but inconvenienced 300m. Steadied 150m when unable to improve. Not fully tested.
8BRAVE BROTHER  K Teetan  (B/TT)

Began well, ridden forward to find cover but kept out passing 900m and again 800m. Raced 3-wide thereafter to 200m when running on empty.

Jumped with field, ridden along to hold rail behind leader. Stayed on fence, saved ground turn, kept on early in straight before fading gradually from 200m.

Hard ridden early to sit between horses behind leader. Forced way through turning into straight, looked chance 300 but flattened soon after.
11BEAUTY AHEAD  C K Tong  (TT)

Taken in behind runners from wide draw to sit at rear away from fence. Taken 3-wide entering straight but found little and checked 250m.
12BOULD MOVER  M Chadwick  (TT)

Hard ridden early, racing four-wide without cover back stretch and turn. Tired quickly after entering straight.
13GLORY OF LONGWAH  Z Purton  (SR1/TT1)

Began fairly, restrained and taken across behind runners to fence at rear. Shuffled back to last turning for home. Never competitive.
