Began OK, taken forward but wide before getting cover at turn. Peeled 5-wide entering straight, shot to the front 250m, bolted in.

Crowded shortly after start and taken behind runners to rail. Made ground home turn, switched out 400m, ran on strongly.

Began fairly holding fence 4L from leader. Edged closer at turn, wide into straight, ran on steadily without looking dangerous.

Ridden along early but failed to muster settling 4-back along fence. Switched out entering straight and ran on steadily to just miss a place.
5BUNDLE OF LOVE  T Angland  (P)

Began well, quickly on rail, slipping into box seat by turn. Got split between horses 300m, looked a chance before one-paced final 200m.

Shaken up to go forward but trapped 3-wide without cover 800m. Rolled forward 3-wide to sit outside leader into straight, bumped 250m when giving ground.
7SUPREME FALCON  K C Leung  (H)

Outpaced early, dropping back to a 1-off position at rear. Peeled wide entering straight and kept on steadily.
8RUMBA KING  H W Lai  (P2)

Pressed forward, sitting on hind quarters of leader before moving alongside entering straight. Kept on till 200m when flattened.

Taken forward but wide before badly hampered and taken extremely wide 700m out and dropping to last. Ran past beaten horses late.

Strode forward at steady pace before getting close to heels 700m, hanging out badly and severely checked, dropping back. Racing manners deemed unacceptable (See Racing Incidents).
