Hard ridden to go forward from widest draw to lead 1000m. Slowed pace turn, momentarily headed 400m, retook lead 350m and pulled clear for easy win.

Ridden up from good draw to hold rail but over-raced entering turn when close to heels. Blocked for run 400m but ran on well when clear.
3LONGWAH SUPREME  T Angland  (B/H/TT)

Taken forward from wide draw but forced to steady before turn and caught 3-wide. Wide into straight but kept on well under hard riding.
4MULTIVICTORY  M Chadwick  (TT)

Ridden patiently in midfield along rail. Caught flat-footed top of straight but made ground steadily to be closest at finish.
5MR GOURMET  T H So  (TT)

Jumped well but allowed to settle, racing in midfield between horses. Kept on steadily in straight without looking dangerous.
6COUNTRY CHARM  M L Yeung  (B)

Beaten for early pace and settled towards rear away from fence. Shaken up top of straight but one-paced final 300m.

Began awkwardly and steadied shortly after, dropping to rear. Stayed on fence around turn but found little when put under pressure in straight.

Taken forward before finding cover between horses before turn. Rolled forward entering straight, kept on well to 200m, flattened.

Jumped best, led initially before being passed 1000m, slotting into box seat. Looked chance 400m, still there 200m, faded. Bled from both nostrils.

Bumped start, recovered and rolled forward but caught wide. Closed in top of straight but could find little under hard riding final 200m.

Ridden forward from wide draw to sit one-back, one-off before turn. Moved up gradually to lead 400m before giving ground final 200m.

Taken back from wide draw and dropped to last but away from fence. Last into straight, taken very wide but found nothing under hard riding.

Bumped and unbalanced start then taken back across horses. Got head up and shifted out entering straight but limited response when asked.
14OMOTESANDO  J Moreira

Fractious in gate, began fairly, hampered 1000m and raced greenly after that. Put under pressure from 600m but little response. Unacceptable performance.
