1LITTLE MEN  D Whyte

Took a position on rails in midfield 5ls or so back, angled 2 wide on circle, let down with purpose final 300m, top two drew well clear but always had race in keeping scoring a cozy win.

2TOWERING STORM  R Fourie  (B)

Settled back with last few nearly 10ls of pace, suited by solid tempo, still had plenty to do turning, came to middle and produced a big finish to overhaul all but the winner, well clear of 3rd.

3PEPPERMINT  O Doleuze  (TT)

Taken down to fence and made good progress to be 5ls back on settling, kept making ground on rails to bend, lacked dash to match pace pair but stuck on well for a place.

4SATIRICAL BOY  C Y Lui  (B/TT)

Snagged back to take spot behind midfield 6-7ls back on fence, saved ground throughout, came wider in straight and made some even headway to make frame.

5INVICTUS  Z Purton  (B)

Pressed forward to take up running, set solid sectionals in front, held a 2ls advantage turning, soon overhauled inside 300m and couldn't hold off rivals late to make frame.

6HEI HEI POSH  C Y Ho  (TT)

Ended up at rear 12ls or so away on settling, aided by solid tempo, saved ground on rails, closed off evenly from well back to be nearest on line.

7AGIAAL  T Clark  (H-)

Positioned behind midfield, 8ls back in running line, aided by speed on, came 3 wide on circle, made minor headway in the straight without threatening.

8LEVEL PLAYER  M Chadwick  (TT)

Went forward to race outside leader early, elected for a 1 out 1 back trail, did a bit on solid speed, there to turn, no real response final 300m when run presented, one paced.

9HEAR THE ROAR  T Angland  (V/TT)

Away only fairly, raced in midfield, 7ls or so back in running line, helped by solid tempo, came wider turning but just carried on at same speed in straight.

10SUNSHINE DAY  C W Wong  (TT)

Taken back from a wide gate, shared rear10ls or so back, helped by solid speed, still plenty to do turning, only managed to pass a few tired ones late.

11GOODVIEW SUCCESSOR  Y T Cheng  (TT)

Began well enough and ridden along to hold a spot on the leaders back, used a bit sol solid speed, niggled turning, folded at 300m and dropped right back.

12SHANTARAAM  G Mosse  (SR)

Standard break, unable to slot in and forced to race 3 wide without cover, did work with solid speed on, spent force on straightening and dropped off.

13XILAI XIANZI  A Suborics  (TT)

Positioned just off pace 3-4ls back in running line, fair run with pace on, didn't respond at business end and dropped out disappointingly in straight.

14PRECISION ERA  W M Lai  (SW1/TT)

Caught 3 wide early but pressed on to race outside leader, did share on work with speed on, under pressure turning and faded soon after to be beaten a fair way.
