Began with others and raced 2-wide behind midfield. Made up good ground to the line but was kept being pushed wider by the 2nd placegetter. (Declared 2nd by the Stewards.)

Soon in leading section. Kept hanging out from 800M. Closed off satisfactorily despite drifting out to hold 2nd at finish. (Declared 3rd by the Stewards.)
