Settled nicely behind leaders, taken out to challenge nearing 400M, responded well under hands and heels riding, led 100M out and clear, won by 1.75L unextended.

Handily placed just behind leaders and travelled smoothly throughout, took up inside 300M, ran on gamely only lost lead nearing 100M.
3VITAL FLYER  J Lloyd  (TT)

Reserved towards the rear, pushed along 600M out, ran on steadily final 400M to go 3rd just before the line.
4FIRST IN COMMAND  D Beadman  (H/TT)

Dropped back from draw 1 and settled towards the rear, picked up well passing 250M, did best work late and just missed out on 3rd.
5AT MOMENT IN TIME  Y T Cheng  (SR)

Moved up to join leaders passing 800M, all out and had every chance final 300M, faded inside 100M and lost 3rd close home.
6SHINING VICTORY  M L Yeung  (B/TT)

Not hurried in the first half of the race, held up in 2nd last just over 3Ls off the pace, made steady progress final 300M but never any chance with winner.

Outpaced early stages, took closer order passing 700M, stayed on same pace when driven final 400M.

Soon bustled along to chase leaders, hung in and proved difficult to ride, kept on same pace and made no impression.

Went forward and vied for the lead, driven 400M out but only one-paced, gave ground final 200M. (Jockey said his horse's condition gave out over the late stages due to the fast early sectionals.)

Broke well and was soon in front sharing the lead, driven and limited response inside 350M, weakened final 200M.

Slow to begin, near the rear throughout, no impression over final 400M, never dangerous.
