From a wide draw crossed to race outside leader, responded well when asked to raise his effort inside 400M, joined the lead 100M and had the measure of the runner-up near line.

Soon led, broke away from the field passing 1000M, had 2Ls advantage going into 400M, battled on when strongly challenged final 200M, headed close home.

Up with the early pace then dropped back to midfield, pushed to a 3-wide spot without cover near 1200M, moved into contention nearing 600M, kept on to the line but couldn't quite get to the first two.

Reserved in mid-division, saved ground on the inside, went 4th 300M out, kept on to the line but couldn't get on terms with the leaders.

Began very awkwardly and knuckled over at the start, ended up almost 10Ls back at the rear, into clear 350M, stayed on well, nearest finish.

Held up behind midfield, took time to gather turning in, did best work final 200M, awkwardly placed late stages and not able to be ridden out.

Slowly away, raced at the tail of the field as expected, pushed along 500M, stayed on from a fair way back, but couldn't muster the pace to pose a serious threat.

Close enough to the pace early, lost running near 1200M and shuffled back to midfield, under pressure 500M, made limited progress turning in, one paced final 200M.

Reserved near the rear, hard driven inside 600M, stayed on fairly going past beaten runners.

Sat behind leaders, not quickened when the race got serious, run ended near 300M, weakened and eased.

Towards the rear 8Ls back, didn't pick up on straightening, no impression.

Not far off the pace in early stages, dropped back to midfield entering home turn, found little under pressure, eased 200M. (Jockey reported his horse was badly galloped on during the race.)
