Speared forward and parked outside the leader. Took the lead near the furlong but was rounded up inside the 100m.

Enjoyed the run of the race stalking the leader. Kept on one paced in the run to the finishing post.

Slow to begin settling worse than midfield the fence. railed up in the home straight and closed off soundly to make the frame.

Made its run from well back, 2-3 wide with cover. Closed off fairly down the outside.

Taken back from a wide barrier to settle near last along the paint with cover.. Had some traffic problems midway in the straight, battled away over the final stages.

Camped midfield, 2 deep with cover. Only plodded to the line.

Settled in 5th position, 3 wide without cover. Offered nothing when asked for an effort in the final stretch. Pulled up lame in the left fore leg the following day.

Didn’t begin well and was steadied soon after the jump. Thereafter was posted 4-5 wide without cover at the rear. Never looked likely.
