#I stopped getting Sugo-Uma mail and/or other E-zines.
In some cases, E-zines and other mail that you used to get may stop being delivered if your cellphone company has imposed mandatory restrictions on incoming mail by strengthening their spoofing restrictions and/or filtering functions.
If you are subject to this kind of access restrictions, refer to the following setting methods and configure your incoming mail permissions from OO.

If they still fail to arrive, please contact us via the Inquiry Form.
