Circle
I want to start a new topic in a circle.
If you are a participating member of a circle, you can create topics on the BBS. So create a topic on whatever subject you like!

(1) Open the top page of the circle where you wish to create a topic.
(2) Press the Create Topic button.
(3) Enter the name of your topic and a comment and then press the Preview button.
(4) After you check the content and press the Create button, the topic is created.
